Street Sweeper Incident

last night I dreamed I went to a small park in a city area, when I arrived I was told that a street sweeper had commited suicide because a local cop was harrasing him, so the guy took his life, after I woke up for some reason I thought the location looked like Argentina, but this afternoon I saw on the local news about street begger or street person who hung himself from a park tree here in Puebla, according to authorities they have no clue why the man commited suicide, so maybe it wasnt Argentina and it was here in mexico.... I also had another dream but I forgot that one...
