Ours Song
last night before I went to bed I watched on youtube the Ours song from Taylor Swift and I think that triggered last nights dream, because I mixed up real life situations and people to make a story that fits the song, in the dream I was working cleaning office building bathrooms with a unionized co-worker, since I did such a good job cleaning the bathrooms he decided that on his turn it wasnt necesary to clean the bathrooms, so when it was my turn again it wall dirty so I complained and since I complained they brought a guy from Penssylvania that reminded of Grossberger from the movie Stir Crazy except this guy was blond and blue eyed and the guy was just provoking me into a fight so they could fire me from the unionized job and thats when I woke, when I was about to get into the fight that was going to get me fired... in real life I met the guy from Pennsylvania when I was still in high school on (shutter) an island in campeche and he wasnt that bad unless he got bored usually he was a nice accesible guy even though he reminded me of Grossberger. My co-worker that didnt do his share was actually in real life my co-supervisor we both supervised the bathroom cleaners so that was adapted too, although he did delegate to me the part of going to check each and every bathroom in the building three times a day, but he was the experienced one in that area and he ran errands and other things that I didnt have experience doing, I also always consulted with him in case anything unexpected happened, so in reality I made things up in the dream that kinda fit the mood of the music video although there was no music in my dream... although that job I do consider my worst job ever, I didnt get along with my co-workers most didnt care about me asking them to do a propper job because they had friends in the union and pretty much they followed their regular line of authority and just gave me a hard time, I offered to fire one onf the workers who simply put didnt do his work but the experienced supervisor told me I couldnt fire that person and our boss was even harder to get along with, so I just stuck to doing my job, and reporting to the experienced supervisor, but yeah it was pretty depressing... I only worked as supervisor for a year because after that I was downgraded to cleaning bathrooms but because it was requiered to get my definitive unionized workers position or base employment which was a good thing because with that contract you get something similar to an unemployment insurance, before that I was only working by contracts and could loose my job at anytime, but I didnt get my base employment contract and left the union... I only worked cleaning bathrooms and offices for a couple of days but I did notice it was less responsability and stress...
