Skyscraper Regulations

last night I had two dreams but I only remember one, I was with two private school class mates whom had wealthy parents who owned buildings, we were at the school recess area discussing skyscraper laws for mexico city which is a seismic zone, they were both good friends of mine, one a male and the other female... I just remembered I also had a nightmare last night, it was something related to a hospital but I cant remember it, just know it was scary, maybe the Jacobs Ladder trailer I posted on my youtube channel is finally catching up with me, I added that video about three days ago because i remembered my Syria dream in which I had borrowed a ladder so I added that video in case the ladder in the dream had anything to do with the Jacobs ladder movie...
